Laurel also has four Designations: Certified Relocation Professional-Trained to list and sell relocation properties for transferees; Certified Residential Broker- Trained in real estate residential brokerage including general marketing, understanding pricing, and general brokerage practice and management; Certified Residential Specialist- Trained in all aspects of residential brokerage, listing and selling, marketing and advertising for the most effective impact.
