Very clean, well maintained, with recently updated interior, this home is a gem. The fireplace has not been used by these owners and is sealed off with plastic. Can easily be opened up for use. The custom kitchen cupboards are made of white ash with a hidden pullout work table. Ample storage, soft close drawers and doors, lots of work surface make this kitchen a dream. Hot water on demand and the ac/furnace unit are only about 4 years old. Trees in the backyard consist of 2 no-trainable apricots and peach trees.
